Requirements of Selecting and Using Liquid Heaters

- Jun 16, 2020-

First, the definition of liquid heater: mainly used in liquid, such as chemical reagents, acid and alkali liquid, oil, water and other liquids, mainly using stainless steel as the surface metal sheath material, such as: 304, 316 stainless steel, etc. It has the advantages of high mechanical strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and not easy to scale.

Second, pay attention to the power of the liquid heater when using it, and it is not advisable to overwork to avoid dangerous accidents such as heater heating and explosion. The operating voltage is also not suitable to be greater than 1.1 times the rated value.

Third, the shell should be effectively grounded, and the scale on the surface of the pipe should be cleaned regularly to avoid affecting the heat dissipation and the working The effective heating area must be immersed in water to avoid empty burning.

Fourth, the component should be placed in a dry place. The resistance will lower than 1M ohm if not use for a long time, it can be dried in the oven or heated by reducing the voltage until it recovers.

Fifth, don’t be rube when tightening the wiring screws.

Sixth, according to the actual use of this type of liquid heater, take regular inspections and maintenance operations of the liquid heater, which is good for long-term stable use.
