Relationship between temperature and temperature drop of heating pipe in circulating oil:
Whether in daily life or in industrial use, heating oil is a very common phenomenon. When heating, the heat conducting oil electric heating pipe is generally used. When heating the circulating oil, there is a temperature drop between the surface temperature of the electric heating tube and the heated oil. What is the relationship between the temperature of the electric heating pipe and the temperature drop in the circulating oil?

The relationship between temperature and temperature drop in circulating oil is listed below (when the surface load of heating pipe is 2.8w/cm2).
(1) When the surface temperature of the electric heating tube is 150 ℃ and the oil temperature is 15 ℃, its temperature drop is 135 ℃.
(2) When the surface temperature of the electric heating tube is 147 ℃ and the oil temperature is 40 ℃, its temperature drop is 107 ℃.
(3) When the surface temperature of the electric heating tube is 142 ℃ and the oil temperature is 75 ℃, its temperature drop is 66 ℃.
(4) When the surface temperature of the electric heating tube is 142 ℃ and the oil temperature is 90 ℃, its temperature drop is 52 ℃.
(5) When the surface temperature of the electric heating tube is 144 ℃ and the oil temperature is 100 ℃, its temperature drop is 44 ℃.
From the above data, it can be seen that the temperature in the circulating oil is closely related to the temperature drop: the closer the oil temperature is to the surface temperature of the electric heating tube, the smaller the temperature drop, the higher the oil temperature. Of course, this is the same viscosity in the oil test data.
In fact, the size of the temperature drop mainly depends on the viscosity of the oil, and the viscosity of the oil determines its temperature. The lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity of the oil, so the fluidity of the oil is poor, and the speed of absorbing the surface temperature of the electric heating tube is slow. The greater the temperature drop.
So when a customer customizes the electric heating pipe of the oil tank, we will ask the customer how the viscosity and fluidity of the oil he wants to heat. Then the relationship between the temperature and temperature drop in the circulating oil is taken as a reference to design a heating tube with reasonable surface load for customers.
