3-The bonding between the PTC element and the aluminum metal heat sink adopts a temperature-resistant conductive adhesive behavior adhesive. According to the use requirements of this conductive adhesive, six PTC elements are evenly bonded between the upper and lower metal heat sinks ( Pay attention to the corresponding position of the electrode lead of each heat sink), pressurize and bake until the conductive adhesive is completely cured, the device is indeed firmly bonded, remove the conductive adhesive oozing around the PTC element, clean the entire device, The exposed surface is coated with insulating heat conductive glue or other materials to prevent creepage. Then, a simple test of the device is conducted to prove that the adhesion is good.
