1. Insulation
Finned heating tubes are often used in hot air circulation and insulation systems, and there should be insulation layers around to reduce heat loss.
2. Wind speed
Generally, the wind speed of the finned electric heating tube is 8-12 m/s. If the wind speed is too high, it will increase the pressure head loss, and if the wind speed is too low, the heat dissipation efficiency will be reduced.
3. Installation
Generally, it is installed in a staggered manner, so that the contact surface of the air flowing through is larger, and the heat is fully heated and taken away.
4. Protection of wiring part
The wiring part of the fin heating tube should be placed outside the insulation layer, on the one hand, it is convenient for future replacement, and on the other hand, it can prevent the wiring part from being damaged due to excessive temperature.
5. Routine maintenance during intermittent use
When idle for a long time, if the insulation resistance is lower than 1 megohm, it can be dried in an oven at about 200 ℃, or the voltage can be reduced and directly heated until the insulation resistance returns to normal.
6. Others
The relative humidity of the working environment air is not more than 95%.
The working voltage is not more than 1.1 times the rated value, and the casing should be effectively grounded.
