Precautions for the Use of Cast Aluminum Electric Heater

- May 28, 2020-

What are the precautions when use cast aluminum electric heater? The position of the equipment needs to be fixed, and it must not be burned empty. The heating area should well contact to the heated area. When working, the voltage cannot exceed 10% of the standard voltage, the relative humidity of the air cannot be greater than 95%, and no explosive and corrosive gases in the operating environment.

When wiring, the wiring should be placed outside the heating layer and the insulation layer, the shell should be effectively grounded, and should not be in contact with corrosive or explosive substances. The material of the lead wire must be very good because it has to withstand long-term heating. When strengthening the wiring screws, don’t be rude. The cast aluminum electric heater equipment should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is less than 1MΩ for a long time, you can use an oven to bake it to restore it to normal, or you can lower the voltage and heat it to restore the original insulation resistance.
