Precautions for installing the thermostats
1. When installing a slow-acting or flashing thermostat, the contact surface between the electrical appliance and the thermostat should be free of rusty oxides, smooth and flat, and the fixing screws on the mounting seat should be tightened to ensure good heat transfer and accurate temperature control.
2. Slow-acting or flashing thermostat contacts, which are slightly oxidized, can be brightened with fine sandpaper, and should be replaced with a new thermostat for severe ablation. If the temperature is inaccurate, adjust the temperature adjusting screw to adjust it.
3. Install a snap-type automatic reset or manual reset thermostat. The contact surface between the electrical appliance and the thermostat should be coated with thermal grease to facilitate contact and heat conduction; the fastening screws on the mounting seat should be tightened evenly to prevent the aluminum shell from collapsing or deforming , So as to avoid the deterioration of electrical characteristics and the change of the operating temperature; the manual reset operation should be performed below the thermostat disconnect operating temperature (15℃), and the applied reset force should be appropriate (less than 30N) to avoid damage to the reset mechanism .
4. The sudden jump thermostat is damaged and cannot be disassembled for repair, and can only be replaced with a new thermostat.
