1. 5. Life: In addition to the quality of the resistance wire, the life of the heating tube is also related to the quality of the magnesium oxide powder and the selection of resistance wire diameter. For high-temperature electric heating tubes, when selecting the diameter of the resistance wire, JAYE needs to calculate the surface load of the resistance wire to meet the life expectancy.

6. Corrosion resistance is a common problem encountered in water heating electric heating tubes and barbecue electric heating tubes. In addition to reasonable selection of materials, it is also related to the heat treatment of the electric heating tube and the surface state of the electric heating tube.
