Introduction Of Tubular Heater Connection Method
The heating of the tubular heater mainly depends on the internal heating wire to generate heat through the current, and the wiring method determines the current and voltage state of the energization, so the wiring method of the tubular heater is very important. Jaye heater will tell you the wiring method of the tubular heater, I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
Everyone knows that the higher the voltage and power, the higher the heating efficiency of the tubular heater under reasonable use conditions. The wiring method of the heating tube determines the way the external voltage and current flow through the resistance wire, so the choice of the wiring method of the tubular heater has very important practical significance. So how do we choose the wiring method of the tubular heater?
Here is a brief introduction to this issue: There are two commonly used wiring methods for tubular heaters on heating tubes: delta connection and star connection.
1. Delta connection:
①Delta connection: the first end of each element of the tubular heater is connected to the end of another element, and the three contacts are connected to three phase wires respectively;
②The characteristics of the delta connection: the rated voltage of the three tubular heater elements is 380 volts; if the resistance values of the three elements are different, it does not affect the feasibility of this connection. The power and current of the delta connection are three times that of the star connection.
2. Star connection:
①Star connection: the heating elements of the three tubular heaters, the head end of each element is connected together (this point is called the neutral point), and the three tail ends are respectively connected to the three phase wires.
②When the rated voltage of the three components is 220V; if the resistance values of the three components are different, the neutral point should be connected to the neutral line.
