1. The KST adjustable thermostat should avoid moisture and pollution during use, otherwise it will affect the electrical performance of the product. It is recommended that the temperature controller work environment: relative humidity ≤90%, no corrosive, flammable media contact.
2. Attention should be paid during installation: deformation of the temperature sensing surface is not allowed, and the top of the cover can not be crushed or deformed, so as not to affect the temperature performance and electrical performance of the product.

3. During installation, the temperature-sensing surface should be evenly contacted with the temperature control part, and the force should be evenly applied to make the temperature stable. When the KST adjustable thermostat adopts the contact temperature-sensing, the cover should be close to the installation surface of the controlled appliance, and The temperature-sensitive surface of the cover is coated with thermally conductive silicone grease or other thermally conductive media with similar performance.
4. During the installation process, do not vigorously bend the wiring terminals and make the wiring of the terminals in good contact, otherwise it will affect the reliability of electrical contact.
The actual working voltage and working current of the thermal protector should not be greater than its nominal rated voltage and rated current, and it can be used normally if it is less than its nominal rated voltage and rated current.

The main body of the product has two kinds of bakelite base and ceramic base. The temperature resistance of bakelite can reach 200℃. It is recommended to install it in an environment where the higher temperature does not exceed 180℃. The ceramic body adopts 95 electronic ceramics, which has a higher temperature resistance. For electrical performance and other electrical properties, when the electrical environment temperature is high, it is recommended to use a ceramic body thermostat, but the high temperature should not exceed 300 ℃ to prevent the shrapnel from losing its elasticity due to high temperature.
