1. The Teflon electric heating tube is generally along the length or width of the tank. Do not be hung on one or both sides during operation. Install it against the tank wall. In the electrolytic tank, it can be placed between the electrode plate and the tank wall.
2. Teflon electric heating pipes can be installed by slot side fixing, slot wall fixing, and hanging on the rod. The wiring installation plate and supporting parts are equipped with drills and bolted.
3. Pay attention to the three-phase balance when wiring all electric heating tubes. Do not connect the 220v or 380v power supply incorrectly, and use a leakage switch to safely ground it.
4. When installing, keep a certain distance between the electric heating pipes. If they are close to each other, they may be burnt due to overheating.
5. Make sure that the heating part of the tube must be immersed in the solution, otherwise the electric heating tube will be damaged due to dry burning. The liquid should be added in time during the production process to maintain the calibration liquid level.
6. During the heating process, the electric heating tube cannot be taken out of the liquid. The electric heating tube should be taken out after the electric heating tube is completely cooled down after a few minutes of power failure.
7. When used for heating high solution agents, the electric heating tube must be taken out of the tank and rinsed with water when it stops working to prevent the solution sediment from crystallizing and agglomerating on the electric heating tube at low temperatures, otherwise it will cause electric heating due to poor heat dissipation The tube is damaged.
