Selection of flange installation and fixation method

2. Mutual matching female flange connection (flange tubular heater in plan view)
After the customer clarifies the main parameters of the flange, it is equipped with a suitable female flange. The flange and the female flange are fixed according to the anchor bolts, and the sealing gasket is fixed. It can also be used for high tightness regulations. In the original, electric welding was basically carried out to weld the airtightness.
Installation orientation of the flange tubular heater
The installation orientation of the flange electric heating tube is generally horizontal installation with a hole at the bottom of the side and vertical installation from top to bottom (or from bottom to top).
These two installation methods should be considered when designing the heating tube. The key to the design scheme is the determination of the cold zone and hot zone of the heating tube. In the case of vertical installation, when the water level line in the vessel heated by the heating tube is not full of oil, part of the heating tube is free from the water level line, because the output power load of the heating tube for heating liquid substances far exceeds that of dry heating The output power load, therefore, the flange heating pipe cannot get rid of the dry water. Therefore, in the vertical installation condition, if all the heating pipes can not be maintained to heat up in the water, it is recommended that the customer set aside a part of the cold end (cold end). When the bottom of the side is installed horizontally, it can basically prevent dry burning. However, in the case of horizontal installation, we must consider the problem of the length of the heating tube. Because of the force hazard, the horizontal installation side has a small total bearing area and the company has a large bearing capacity.
