Induction cooker heating plate structure
The induction cooker uses the heating plate to generate electromagnetic induction, which makes the iron pots produce high-frequency eddy current heating. The heating plate is composed of a heating plate coil and a heating plate tray.
Heating coil
1. Winding of the coil: first twist the multi-strand high-strength enameled wire or multi-strand wire (the number of strands is generally more than 25), and then wind the multi-strand wire from the inside to the outside in a single layer for about 30 times (commonly at least 28 circles, up to 36 pictures). The winding direction can be either counterclockwise or clockwise. Then the coil is leveled and shaped, and then glued and fixed on the heating plate tray with insulating varnish.
Heating plate tray
1. The material of the tray: The tray is generally made of polyester resin, but ferrite powder must be added as a filler. At the same time, it must be inlaid with multiple magnetic strips made of ferrite. The purpose is to use the ferrite. Magnetic conductivity prevents electromagnetic leakage from below the heating plate, thereby eliminating electromagnetic pollution and hazards and ensuring safe use.
2. The shape of the tray: the diameter of the outer circle of the tray is generally about 190mm, and the small one is about 155mm, and the thickness is 7-8mm. The center part of the tray and the outer circle part of the tray are connected into a whole through "spokes", and the magnetic conductive strips are embedded on these spokes.
