How to use Immersion Water Heater safely?
1. First of all, do not put water on the connector of the immersion water heater to prevent leakage, and keep the connector as clean as possible.
2. Do not dry the immersion water heater due to lack of water, it is easy to burn out the immersion water heater, breakdown, and high power can also cause the tube to burst.

3. The water must be higher than the heating surface, and the plug or wiring must be on the wire rated higher than the rated current, so that it is safe. It is recommended to have a ground connection and consider the safety issue.
4. If it trips, dry the water in the heating tube and measure it with a high-voltage instrument or a megohmmeter. The simplest method is to measure the leakage with a multimeter (DC gear).
5. Generally, the leakage current should not exceed 50V. If it reaches 110V, it must not be used (it may cause electric shock), and replace it with a new immersion water heater.

6. What voltage do you use? Is it industrial 380V or household 220V? Industrial uses have grounding wires, and a temperature control cabinet is generally provided. At home, you can turn off the switch or open the knife when the water is boiled (you can also equip a thermocouple or connect a fuse to the thermostat).
Understanding the above points can ensure the safety of use and greatly extend the life of the immersion water heater!
