3. When heating fusible metal or solid nitrate, alkali, asphalt, paraffin, etc., the service voltage shall be reduced first, and the rated voltage can be increased only after the medium is melted.
4. When heating air, the elements shall be arranged in a cross and uniform manner, so that the elements have good heat dissipation conditions and the flowing air can be fully heated.
5. Safety measures shall be considered when heating nitrate to prevent explosion accidents.
6. The wiring part shall be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive and explosive media and water; The lead wire shall be able to bear the temperature and heating load of the wiring part for a long time. Excessive force shall be avoided when the wiring screw is tightened.
7. The components shall be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1m Ω due to long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven at about 200 ℃, or the voltage can be reduced and heated until the insulation resistance is restored.
8. The magnesia powder at the outlet end of the electric heating pipe shall be protected from the infiltration of pollutants and moisture in the place of use to prevent the occurrence of electric leakage accidents.
The most intuitive way to verify the advantages and disadvantages of the electric heating tube is to wipe the surface of the electric heating tube first, then connect the AC 220V power supply, dry burn in the air, turn off the power after the surface is red, wipe it with napkin after the electric heating tube is completely cooled, and there should be no black oxide powder on the white paper (not reacting with oxygen in the air), indicating that it is a high-quality electric heating tube.
