How to use cast copper heating plate?
1. The cast copper heating plate is allowed to work under the following conditions:
A. The relative dryness of the atmosphere is less than 95%, and there is no explosive and corrosive gas.
B. The task voltage should not be greater than 1.1 times the rated value, and the middle shell should be effectively connected to the sky.
C. Edge resistance≥1MΩ Dielectric strength: 2KV/1min.
2. The electric heating tube should be well positioned and flowed, and the effective heating area must be partially immersed in liquid or metal solid internal disorder, and air burning is forbidden. When the tube is found to be slightly scaled or carbonized, it should be cleaned and reused in time to avoid affecting heat dissipation and prolonging its service life.
3. When heating fusible metals or solid nitrate, alkali, leaching, paraffin, etc., the operating voltage should be lowered first, and then the voltage can be reduced to the rated voltage after the medium is melted.
4. When heating the atmosphere, the components should be arranged crosswise and evenly, so that the components have excellent heat dissipation conditions, so that the flowing atmosphere can be heated abundantly.
5. When heating the nitrate, take measures to prevent explosion accidents.
6. The wiring part should be placed in the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and moisture; the lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring part and the heating back load for a long time, and avoid excessive force when tightening the wiring screw.
7. The cast copper heating plate should be stored in a dry place. If the endurance resistance is lower than 1MΩ, it can be dried in an oven controlled by 200℃, or reduce the voltage and heat until the end resistance is restored.
8. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube is being used to avoid the infiltration of pollutants and moisture to prevent the outbreak of leakage accidents. Lower temperature wire, thermocouple, single metal thermometer, temperature control instrument.
