How to repair A Coil Heater with Thermocouple?
Use a multimeter to check the power of the coil heater and whether the thermocouple is damaged. If you need to replace it, please follow the procedure below.
1. Remove the hot half mold from the mold.
2. Remove the positioning ring (the other function of the positioning ring is to fix the hot nozzle).
3. Install the lifting hole with M3 screws, remove the heating nozzle, and pay attention that the coil heater cannot be kneaded.

4. Remove the snap ring and the heat shield of the coil heater.
5. Hold the head of the heating nozzle, turn it clockwise and turn and pull the coil heater to gradually separate it from the heating nozzle.
6. When installing a new wire, the coil heater should be as close as possible to the main body of the heating nozzle, and the front end of the coil heater should reach the main body of the ring groove at the front end of the inner core of the heating nozzle.

7. Rotate the coil heater clockwise to move it toward the head of the heating nozzle to ensure that the heating wire completely reaches the front end of the heating nozzle. The spread of the coil heater on the heating nozzle should be denser at both ends and sparse in the center.
8. Install the heat shield of the coil heater. If the heat shield is tight, check whether the coil heater is in place.
9. Install the circlip.
10. Detect the standard resistance value of the coil heater and calculate the power (the standard power is engraved on the coil heater), and detect the resistance value of the thermocouple (0 or less resistance).
