1. when the unit is overhauled or repaired, the water side should be cleaned and the air side should be inspected. Generally in operation, if the air temperature is 5℃ higher than the normal temperature due to the water side blockage, it is necessary to clean it.
2. cleaning and inspection when the gun is repaired
(1) Open the flange screws of the circulating water inlet and outlet valves, and remove the connecting pipe of the inlet and outlet valves.
(2) Remove the screws of the front and back water chambers, and remove the front and back water chambers.
(3) Cleaning the steel pipe. Protect the nozzle when cleaning.
(4) Clean the rust and dirt in the water room and rinse with water.
(5) Use a scraper to repair the residual gasket of the joint surface of the wiper chamber and the inlet and outlet flange of the cooling water.
(6)Check whether the air side pipe and heat sink are damaged.
(7) Check whether there is crack in the water chamber and whether there is glass damage in the separator.
(8）Install the joint surface gasket. The gasket is 3-5mm like a rubber pad.
（9）Scrub bolts with kerosene and apply black lead oil after drying.
3.hydraulic test
1）Water pressure test should be done when the air cooler is overhauled or there is leakage.
2)When the pressure of circulating water in the zero-meter layer of the turbine reaches or approaches 0.30MPa, the water pressure test face can be used to pass circulating water into the water side of the air cooler. After filling, the water outlet door is closed. At this time, the inlet pressure of circulating water is maintained at the water side and the air side is tested. This test can be carried out simultaneously in each tube bundle.
3) When the circulating water pressure is low in the zero meter layer of the steam turbine, the water pressure test face can use the circulating water after entering the water, close the outlet valve, and then use the hand pressure pump to boost the pressure to 0.30MPa, to check whether there is air leakage. This test was performed only in a single tube bundle.
