How to master the heating speed of casting copper heater?
1. Use diode half-wave rectification to change the effective value of alternating current to achieve the purpose of changing heating power and heating speed; this method is the most widely used, and its advantage is that the circuit structure is simple and easy to operate.
2. Transformation, using a small transformer to transform the voltage, the advantage is that it can be adjusted in multiple stages, but the disadvantage is that the circuit structure is more complicated and the production cost is high.
Since the thermal efficiency of electric heating is close to 1, it can be considered that the power of the cast copper heater is the calorific value.
The calculation and selection of power should consider the following three:
⑴ From the initial state, realize the heating medium to the set temperature (working temperature) according to the specified time;
⑵ Under working conditions, the heat generation is sufficient to maintain the temperature of the medium;
⑶ There should be a certain safety margin, generally 1.2.
Obviously, choose a larger power from ⑴ and ⑵, and multiply it by the safety margin to get the power that should be selected.
