How to make the heating wire the most cost-effective?
There are two types of heating wires: Fe-Cr-Al series and Ni-Cr series.
Fe-Cr-Al series: 0cr25AL5, 0cr21Al6Nb, 0Cr27Al7Mo2
Ni-Cr series: Cr20Ni80, Cr15Ni60, Cr20Ni35, Cr25Ni20
How to choose different types of heating wires according to different uses?
1. Machinery equipment factory, packaging machine, sealing machine, packaging machine manufacturer: The temperature of the heating wire is 200-300 degrees, and it is recommended to use 0cr20Ni80 resistance wire. The nickel-chromium wire has good weldability, softer, not easy to embrittlement, and the best Use flat belt, because the load power per square meter of flat belt is larger than round wire, the width is larger, and the loss rate is smaller than round wire.
2. Electric furnace factory, oven factory: the heating of the heating wire should be considered, 100-900 degrees, the highest level of quality is not required, it is recommended to use the most common iron-chromium-aluminum 0cr25al5, which is cheap, and the maximum operating temperature is 900 degrees. If heat treatment, acid whitening or annealing on the surface of the heating wire, it will be better and cost-effective.
If the furnace is at 900-1000 degrees, it is recommended to use 0cr21al6nb. Because of the addition of Nb element, this heating wire has higher temperature resistance and better quality.
If the temperature of the furnace is 1100-1200 degrees, it is recommended to use Ocr27al7mo2, which contains MO round wire, so the temperature resistance is higher, but the higher the purity of 0Cr27al7MO2, the stronger the rigidity, the better the oxidation resistance, and the brittleness, so take it lightly Handle with care, it’s best to let the supplier roll it to the right size in advance, so that you can install it directly.
3. Ceramic factory, glass factory: It is recommended to use HRE heating wire directly, because high temperature heating wire will produce vibration, long-term power on and vibrate, and poor quality heating wire will chip off and pollute the product. Only choose high quality heating wire In order to achieve a good price/performance ratio.
The heating wire has a wide range of uses. If you have any questions, please leave a message for consultation. Our company will do our best to serve you!
