The fin-type heater uses high-frequency welding technology to add scaly fins, so do not collide and squeeze during assembly operation, as this will easily deform and even affect the heat dissipation result.
Because of the spiral distribution of the fin tube scales, there will be some deposits and rust layers during long-term operation, so they must be cleaned and cleaned in time.
Check the fin tube to see if the interface is loose and the foot pad is off.

The exposed area of the fin tube prevents rainwater from decreasing, and the connection is as dry as possible, and it should not be too close to the ground to prevent the fin tube from being corroded by the irrigation in the greenhouse.
Through the maintenance of the finned tube, the operating life of the finned tube will be greatly improved. The long-term operation of any item is inseparable from careful maintenance and maintenance, and the finned tube is no exception. So in what aspects should the finned tube be maintained and protected?
1. Regularly search each fin tube to see if the Wuxi cleaning is perfect, whether there are deposits, coking, scales, etc., and wash it immediately. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the adhesion of each fin tube and the rubber gasket is tight, and whether the rubber gasket itself is intact, so as to save the leakage caused by the rubber gasket degumming and crushing.
2. The compression nut and upper and lower guide rods of the plate heat exchanger should be kept smooth with frequent use of force and grease.
3. Each instrument adjustment should be assigned by a dedicated person, and the control procedures should be strictly implemented to perform control and maintenance.
4. When you need to replace the rubber gasket or repair the degummed part, you need to remove the fin tube, put it on the table, remove the old gasket, or use fine sandpaper for the glue traces in the groove of the fin tube at the degumming place Wipe it off, and then use a solvent such as carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene to wipe off the oil stains in the groove, and then wipe the back of the new rubber gasket with fine sandpaper. If it is abnormal, use carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene solvent Wipe off the oil stains. Then apply a thin layer of glue to the groove and the rubber gasket, and let it dry a little, so as not to stick to the fingers, but still sticky, that is, insert the rubber gasket into the groove, flatten it everywhere, and apply a layer of talc Powder, then install the finned tube on the equipment rack and gently clamp it.
5. Every time the fin tube is re-tightened, attention must be paid to the position of the scale during the last pressing. Do not over-press the rubber gasket, or even reduce the service life of the gasket.
6. When replacing the fin tube rubber gasket, all the sections must be updated to avoid uneven gaps between the fins, which will affect the heat transfer effect.
