1.The terminals of the stainless steel electric heating tube should be kept clean and dry, otherwise it will reduce the insulation performance and be short-circuited.
2. If it is used in an environment with chemical corrosion, flammable, explosive and other liquids or gases, the wiring part of the electric heating pipe should be strictly protected with an insulating sealing device to prevent accidents.
3. Use 2 nuts to be relatively tight when wiring, do not use too much force to avoid loosening the lead screws and damage the electric heating tube.
4. The heating part of the immersion heating tube should be completely immersed in the heating medium to avoid unpleasant heat dissipation and exceeding the allowable heating temperature to damage the electric heating tube.
5. When the stainless steel electric heating tube heats certain viscose and other substances, such as sodium nitrate, stearic acid, paraffin, etc. When starting to heat, the power supply voltage should be reduced to reduce the calorific value of the electric heating tube.
When the part melts into a liquid, it is heated up to the rated voltage.
6. If tube scale and oil scale accumulate on the surface, it should be cleaned regularly. Otherwise, the heat transfer performance of the electric heating tube will be reduced and the heat load on the surface of the tube will exceed the rated allowable and be damaged.
