How to distinguish whether the electric heating tube is dry-fired or put it in the water?
1. Different structure
The most commonly used liquid electric heating tubes are threaded single-head electric heating tubes, U-shaped or special-shaped electric heating tubes with fasteners, and flanged electric heating tubes.
Dry-fired electric heating tubes are more common in single-ended straight rod electric heating tubes, U-shaped or special-shaped electric heating tubes without fasteners, finned electric heating tubes, and a very small number of flanged electric heating tubes.
2. The difference in power design
The liquid electric heating tube determines the power design according to the heating medium. The power of heating water is 3KW per meter of the heating zone length of the electric heating tube. The power of the dry-burning electric heating tube is determined according to the fluidity of the heated air. The power of the dry-burning electric heating tube for heating in a closed space is designed to be 1KW per meter.
3. Different material choices
The liquid electric heating tube uses stainless steel 304 for heating tap water, and the drinking water uses stainless steel 316. For turbid river water or water with a lot of impurities, you can use the waterproof scale coating electric heating tube. The working temperature of dry-burning electric heating tube is 100-300 degrees, and stainless steel 304 is recommended.
