How to Distinguish the Rated Voltage and Working Voltaga

Electric tubular heating elemenets are designed under customers’ requirements. So, there are no standard products. When a customer makes an inquiry, he will tell us the required voltage and power. The voltage is the rated voltage of the electric heating tube.

 

The Rated Voltage of the tubular heating elemenets

 

The rated voltage of the electric tubular heating elemenets is specified on the design and is marked on the outer shell of the electric tubular heating elemenets. In other words, the rated voltage is the voltage given by the customer when production and processing.

 

Working Voltage of Electric tubular heating elemenets

 

The working voltage is the final voltage of all electric tubular heating elemenets connected together.

1. Single branch power supply: For a single tubular heating elemenets connected to the power supply, the working voltage of the tubular heating elemenets refers to the voltage specified on the component when designing, that is, the rated voltage of 220V.

 

2. Multiple power supplies in series: For a group of electric tubular heating elemenets or heating tubes connected in series to the power supply, the working voltage of the electric tubular heating elemenets refers to the sum of the rated voltage of each electrictubular heating elemenets.

 

Note: Multiple tubular heating elemenets connect in series or in parallel. If only multiple tubular heating elemenets need to be connected, it is necessary to distinguish whether to connect in series or in parallel, in order to confirm the voltage of a single electric tubular heating elemenets.

 

Therefore, it must have a well understanding on the rated voltage and working voltage of the electric tubular heating elemenets.
