To use infrared heating lamps, you need to make a heating module, understand the following 3 points in advance:

The primary purpose of infrared heating module design is to reap equal or even excessive returns under the premise of energy saving and high efficiency. We prefer direct infrared heating instead of heating the air to form a hot space to achieve the heating effect, because direct infrared heating is more efficient, but no matter how high the efficiency is, there will be heat loss. We can’t avoid heat loss, but we This heat loss can be minimized through the design and arrangement of the structure.
For example, we can fill insulation cotton between the reflector and the shell to achieve the effect of heat preservation. The main function of the insulation cotton is to keep heat insulation. Filling with the insulation cotton will prevent the shell from being hot, ensuring safe production, and the speed of heat dissipation from the module will also be Slow down, thereby improving heating efficiency; structurally, by isolating the cold area of the lamp tube, the object to be heated can be placed in the absolute heating area, so that the object can be heated as uniformly as possible at all points.
Perhaps one of our ordinary heating modules requires 30KW of heating power. After structural design optimization, 25KW can achieve heating energy saving optimization.
Because the heat dissipation temperature of the edges of all open heating modules is generally lower than the center temperature, to achieve uniform temperature, it is necessary to extend the absolute heating area or increase auxiliary heating while maintaining heat preservation. The design of the heating module requires a certain amount of space. In this way, the best heating effect can be achieved.
