Finned tubular heater is a kind of consuming electric energy converted into heat energy. When heating the material to be heated, the low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port under pressure through the pipeline and follows the specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating vessel . The path designed by the principle of fluid thermodynamics takes away the high-temperature heat energy generated during the operation of the electric heating element, and increases the temperature of the heated medium.

The finned tubular heateris designed by the user according to the product drawings and technical requirements to produce various types and shapes of electric tubular heaters. The material of the components can be made according to users' requirements.
1. Voltage and power: voltage can be designed as: 12-440V,power: 50W-20KW.
2. The material of the finned tubular heater: The main materials are SUS304, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS316L, SUS310S (commonly known as nickel-chromium 2520), Incoloy800 and 840, etc.
3. Common tube diameters: Φ22, Φ20, Φ18, Φ16, Φ14, Φ12, Φ10, Φ8.5, Φ8, Φ6.5, Φ6.
4. The length of the tube: non-standard customization (pay attention to the cold zone H1 and the hot zone H2, the bending angle).
5. The choice of heating wire: mainly iron-chromium-aluminum wire, nickel-chromium wire (Cr20Ni80), Shougang HRE wire, imported BGH heating wire, depending on the surface load of the product and the working environment (temperature and vibration) .
6. The material of the heat sink: The main materials are SUS304, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, SUS316L, SUS310S (commonly known as nickel-chromium 2520), etc.
7. Other: working environment, terminal or lead length (temperature resistance and material), whether to install thread (thread size, temperature and material), whether to install junction box (or explosion-proof wiring cover), etc.
