How to choose the leading wire of the cartridge heater?
Cartridge heaters should choose different leads according to different usage environments. Let's see how the leads are selected?
1. Conventional high temperature wire: It is our most common lead wire, which can withstand temperature of 100-400 °C.
2. Mica high temperature wire: used for air dry burning heater, the lead wire will also be exposed to high temperature, and can withstand the temperature of 500-600 ℃.

3. Pure nickel wire: It is also a very high temperature resistant lead wire, which is used at 700°C.
4. Porcelain bead lead: when used at high temperature, it can withstand 700-800 ℃.
5. Metal hose lead: often used when the lead will cause friction.
6. Teflon wire: generally used for heating corrosive liquids, with certain corrosion resistance.

Through the above introduction, I believe that everyone should have a deep understanding of the lead selection strategy of the cartridge heater.
When ordering an electric cartridge heater, please inform the usage environment in detail, so as to facilitate the selection of a more suitable lead.
