How to choose a silicone rubber oil drum heater?
1.Conduct an electrical strength test.

3. Carry out leakage current experiment.
Put the silicone rubber oil drum heater under heating conditions and energize it with a voltage of 1.15. If the leakage current is less than 0.5MA, it is a high-quality heater.
4. Perform a sealing test.
This sealing test is mainly carried out on the shell of the heater, put it in acidified water, and then expose its two ends to see if the performance requirements meet the requirements of 1 and 3.
5. Carry out sealer test.
The main performance requirements are the same as the fourth item, but the experimental conditions are different. The conditions of this experiment are to place the product in an environment with a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 95%.
