The wiring method:
1. The wiring method for unknown voltage: generally, flat flanges with 380V, select the triangle connection method. If the voltage is unknown, the tube can be heated to use a star connection.
2. The normal flat flange heating pipe is generally selected to 380V voltage, 380V voltage generally chooses the triangle connection mode.
The use voltage:
The general conventional flange electric heating tube uses voltages of 220V and 380V. When the heating tube is uncertain between the two, it can be directly connected to the voltage of 220V and used by observing the working condition of the electric heating tube. Judging that if the heating effect is not good, it can be concluded that the set voltage is greater than 220V.
Calculated and measured: If you do not know the voltage, if you know its resistance, power or other electrical parameters, you can calculate its rated power. After confirming that the heating tube, the value can be obtained by measuring instrument.
