Because the tube wall temperature is generally above 900°C, if the purity is not enough, there will be impurities on the glass surface, which will produce many tiny pits, which will affect the infrared radiation out of the tube wall;

Installation and maintenance:
one. Wipe the lamp tube clean with ethanol before installation, and then wear clean gloves to hold the lamp tube;
two. Install or replace the infrared quartz heating tube, and turn off the power when cleaning the lamp shade, otherwise electric shock may occur;
three. Install the heating tube in place, hold the lamp cap with your hand and swing it on the holder a few times to observe whether the heating tube is in a free state, so that there will be no bursting phenomenon during use;
Four. In the parameter design, the transformer parameters and the lamp parameters must be matched, and the voltage and current cannot exceed the design indicators. Especially the starting voltage should not be too high;
five. Keep the pipe wall clean, especially to remove oil stains and dust. Because these substances will penetrate into the lamp tube on the surface of the high-temperature tube wall, hindering the efficiency of infrared radiation.
Reminder: When installing the heating tube, clamp the porcelain head into the clamp at the same time. It must not be clamped to one side first, otherwise the lamp tube will be easily broken at the pressure seal.
