Electric heating materials are allowed to work under the following standards:
a. The air humidity of the gas does not exceed 95%, and there is no flammable or corrosive vapor.
b. The working standard voltage should not exceed 1.1 times the rated current, and the case should be properly grounded.
c. Grounding resistance ≥ 1 meter ω volume resistivity: 2mv/1min.
Flange-type electric heaters should be fixed, and reasonable heating areas must be thoroughly infiltrated into liquid or solid metal materials, and it is forbidden to empty themselves. When it is found that there is dirt or carbon on the surface of the tube body, the electric heating device should be cleaned immediately and re-applied to prevent damage to heat exhaust and reduce the service life. When heating the gas, the components should be symmetrically arranged in a cross shape, so that the components have an excellent heat rejection standard, and the passing gas can be sufficiently heated. When heating fusible metals or solid salt, alkali, leaching, paraffin, etc. , The working voltage of the service item should be reduced first, and only after the substance has melted can it be increased to the rated current.
Safety precautions should be taken into consideration when heating the saltpeter with flange-type electric heaters to avoid explosions. Cabling components should be placed outside the cable sheath to prevent contact with corrosive, flammable substances and moisture in the body. The transmission line should be able to bear the temperature and heat consumption of a part of the transmission line connection for a long time, and prevent excessive force when tightening the connection screw of the transmission line. Such components should be stored in dry areas. If the ground resistance is less than 1ω due to long-term storage, they can dry it in a drying oven at about 200°C, or increase the temperature according to the reduced working voltage until the ground resistance is repaired. The magnesium oxide powder at the inlet and outlet of the flange-type electric heater should be maintained at the application site to prevent air pollutants and water from penetrating in order to avoid leakage safety accidents.
