The heating plate paint has the advantages of strong hardness and good adhesion. The heat hardness is ≥4H, and it can withstand high temperatures at 600℃. The colors are white, red, black, gray, etc., the gloss is matte, high-gloss, the heating plate paint has no smoke and, does not lose the gloss and the hardness does not change at high temperatures, and can replace enamel and ceramic paint.
Technical requirements for heating disc paint: the color of the paint film is all colors, the appearance is that the paint film is smooth and uniform, and the inspection method is visual; the viscosity (coating-4 viscometer) is ≥30S; the fineness (scraper fineness meter) is ≤10μm; Flexibility is ≤1㎜, heat resistance (600±10℃) 3h index is complete paint film, allowing loss of gloss and discoloration; impact strength index is ≥50㎏.㎝; drying time (temperature 180-280℃) is ≤30min ；Heavy metal content is 0, food grade
