Usually, it's plus or minus 5% and minus 10%, but most are plus or minus 8%, and special requests can be as high as 5%.
3. What is the installation method of the silicone electric heater?
There are two main installation methods, one is attachment, and the double-sided tape is attached to the silicone rubber heaters. The other is that the installation holes are reserved mechanically on the heating pads.
4. What is the thickness of the silicone heating plate?
Common standard thicknesses are 1.5MM and 1.8MM. Other basic customization according to customer requirements.
5. What is the high temperature that the silicone resin heating plate can withstand?
Determined by the insulating substrate used, the silicone rubber heating pads can only withstand a high temperature of 250 degrees and can work continuously for 200 degrees
