Fixing and Installation of common heating tubes?
The heating tubes are widely used in our life. Then how to fix and install it?
Please refer to the following some common methods:
1. Mold cartridge heater, no need to be fixed, and is directly installed in the heating hole for heat transfer.
2. There are several types of cartridge heater: common and L-shaped , baffle-type, and threaded type.
2.1 The common type refers to the heating tube without baffles, threads and other fixing methods.
Its installation method: directly install it on the bracket, and then use a copper sheet or other metal sheet to cover the tube after drilling. Fixed (similar to the baffle type ). Some use welding to fix the heating tube.
2.2 The L-shaped can be directly inserted into the general use environment, and no special fixing is required for installation and fixation according to the installation instructions.
2.3 The baffle-type tube can be used directly or welded and fixed on the basis of the baffle.
2.4 The installation of threaded tube is to screw it to the part that needs to be fixed. Usually, the heating liquid is more threaded. Of course, the guarantee of strict requirements on sealing can also be added on the original basis welding.
3. U-shaped heating tube, flange tube, finned heater.
U-shaped heating tube is normally equipped with fasteners, usually directly installed with fasteners.
