1. 2. If other conditions unchanged, change the surface load, air heater in the electric heating element of wall temperature will change in a straight line, if the surface load increases, the electric heating element of wall temperature will increase, this will reduce the service life of electric heating element in air heater, the load is too small, but if the surface wall temperature is too low, the efficiency of the air heater exchanged and reduced, so the air heater in the choice of the electric heating element surface load is important.
3. When the final temperature of air in the air heater T2 increases, due to the increase of air viscosity, the gas Reynolds number decreases, so that the convection heat transfer intensity is reduced, the surface temperature of the electric heating element in the air heater rises at the same time, and the infrared carbon sulfur analyzer increases the heat dissipation loss, thereby reducing the efficiency of the heat exchanged.
