Silicone rubber heating plates can be divided into stainless steel heating plates, ceramic heating plates, cast aluminum heating plates and cast copper heating plates. Each type of silicone electric heating film has its own characteristics.
Examples are:
1. Stainless steel heating plate: The mica plate (mica plate) heater uses the good insulation performance of the mica plate (mica plate) and the high temperature resistance of the silica gel heating plate. Silicone rubber heating plate uses mica plate (sheet) as the frame and cable sheath, supplemented by galvanized plate or stainless steel plate for proper protection. Can be made into different types of heating devices, such as plates, sheets, tubes, cones, tubes, rings, etc. The silicone heating plate is no problem, the surface load is 2.5-3W, and the temperature resistance is 500℃.
2. Ceramic heating plate: After connecting the power supply, the surface of the ceramic heating plate is heated but not charged. Silicone electric heating plates are used in light and heavy industries and household electric heating appliances. Ceramic coating composite electric heaters can be made into different shapes, such as round rods, plates, tubes and arcs. Its appearance and texture are similar to ordinary daily ceramics, but the heating wire is embedded in the silicon rubber heating plate. Since the commonly used ceramic materials have good electrical insulation properties at working temperature, the surface is not charged, and the leakage current of the silicone electric heating plate during operation is small, and it can be used with peace of mind.
3. Cast aluminum and cast copper heating plates: Cast aluminum and cast copper heating plates can be divided into die casting and casting. For occasions with more specifications and sizes, the silicon rubber heating plate usually adopts the casting process, and the production uses high-purity aluminum and copper blocks. The silicone electric heating sheet is changed from solid to liquid through a high-temperature furnace, and then injected into a mold with a heating tube.
