In the daily production and operation process, many customers and colleagues will ask why the electric tubular heaters can't withstand the pressure test, how can we avoid the generation of such unqualified ubular heater, today we will do a detailed analysis of the reason for the unqualified pressure of the electric tubular heater and the solution:
1.The quality of the magnesium oxide powder used in the tubular heater is not good enough.
Solution:
a. Choose magnesium oxide powder with high magnesium content to reduce impurities.
b. Control the temperature of the heating rod in actual work.
c. The thickness of the insulating layer of the electric tubular heater should be guaranteed.
d. Keep the tubular heaters clean to ensure the dryness of the magnesium oxide powder.

2.More impurities are deposited on the lower end of the electric tubular heater when adding powder
Solution: The inner diameter of the tubular heater should be cleaned to keep the powder dispenser clean and tidy
3.The sealing of the tubular heater is not sealed, and the sealing has air bubbles
Solution: Improve the sealing process of the tubular heater and replace the sealing material
4.Eccentricity of resistance wire of electric tubular heater
Solution: Control the speed and quality of adding powder, and strictly follow the requirements when shrinking the tube.
5.When the tubular heater is welded, cracks are generated, so the welding process should be improved and the monitoring should be strengthened.
6.The magnesium oxide powder turns black when the tubular heater is heated. This should prevent the precipitation of chromium. The heating wire can avoid choosing iron, chromium and aluminum.
7.There are impurities and metal shavings in the nozzle. Each tubular heater should be carefully cleaned.
8.The lead rod is rusty or welding slag falls off during welding. After welding, rust and sand should be removed, and the nozzle should be cleaned carefully.
9.The dryness of the electric tubular heater is not enough when it leaves the factory, so the drying time should be extended to ensure the dryness.
