Causes Of Short Circuit Between Wires Of Cartridge Heater
In the process of mold heater, cartridge heater is still widely used in other industrial electric heating equipment. Because use it a lot, they will find that there will be a short circuit between the two lead wires, so many customers will suspect there is a problem with the magnesium oxide rod and the magnesium oxide powder in the winding, so the single-head tube manufacturer is required to change the original 95% magnesium oxide to 98% or even 99% pure magnesium oxide, and then increase the probability that the two lead wires are not short-circuited. Of course, we cannot deny that magnesium oxide powder is the most commonly used. The defective non-modified magnesium oxide powder will absorb the moisture in the air, which will promote the short-circuit of the heater, and then the two leads of the single-head tube will be short-circuited. Now let's see where the problem is.
According to our analysis, most of the problems are the aperture spacing, so how can there be a short circuit?
reason:
1. The distance between the two holes of the lead wire is really too close.
2. The direction of the perm area has been adjusted to the port number of the lead wire, and it is exposed to the air.
3. The temperature is too high and it is necessary to short-circuit with the rated current of the two lead wires.
4. In the application process, the diameter outlet of the mold hole is in the shape of a sound horn. This is due to the shortcomings of the perforation process of the control module, which endangers heat transfer.
5. The branch pipe is loose at the top of the lead wire, which endangers heat transfer and gas penetration.
6. The distance between the residual sealing silicone rubber and the circle of screws at the root of the lead wire is really too close. At this time, the production and processing technology is produced.
7. When an accident occurs, Fe-Cr-A is used as the excessive resistance of the lead wire to increase the temperature of the lead wire.
