Application Of Silicone Heating Element In Range Hood
As we all know, kitchen grease is highly adhesive, and ordinary water is difficult to clear and clean. The "hot dry cleaning" technology is based on the principle that the condensed oil stains will melt and liquefy in high temperature. A layer of safety silicone heating film is installed on the surface of the range hood volute.
Silicone heating element is a kind of flexible heating element, thin material, fast heating, and does not take up space) When the surface of the volute is heated to a safe temperature (60° -65°) through the heating of the heating sheet, the stubborn grease starts to crack and melt from the deep layer to the surface layer. ; With the help of the centrifugal force when the wind wheel rotates, oil particles and oil stains drip along the wall of the volute and the edge of the wind wheel and automatically flow into the oil cup. Under the combined action of high-temperature radiation at 65°C for 10 minutes and high-speed centrifugal force, the grease is thrown out after being completely liquefied and dried. One key can ensure the clean and dry inside of the hood, and protect the safety of the family.
