Electric heating tubes bring convenience and benefit and are often used in our lives. How to extend the service life of electric heating tubes? It should pay attention on the correct use of electric heating tubes and the preservation of electric heating tubes. The heater must be rationally designed before manufacture, which involves a setting of size and power. The large the power but the small size, then when used, it will increase the working load of the heater, so that the inside of the heater will swell, and the heat will not be well dissipated, which will rupture the heater.
So how to ensure that the electric heating tube fully exerts its role in life?
The electric heating tube should be well positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be immersed in liquid or metal solid, and empty burning is strictly prohibited. When scale or carbonization is found on the surface of the pipe body, it should be cleaned and reused in time to avoid shadow cooling and shorten the service life. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube is protected from the penetration of pollutants and moisture so that prevent the electric leakage accidents.
