Products Description
Tube Flexible Insulation Jacket features a three-layer composite structure: an inner liner of high-reflectivity aluminum cloth, a middle insulating layer of ceramic or glass fiber, and an outer protective layer of ceramic fiber coated with high-temperature resistant paint, making it waterproof, oil-resistant, and resistant to acids and alkalis. With a standard thickness of approximately 25 to 30mm, it can withstand temperatures exceeding 1000°C.
Widely applicable across various industries, the jacket is used for barrel heaters on injection molding machines, molds and dies, injection/extrusion machinery, as well as valves, pipes, elbows, flanges, heat exchangers, and engine exhaust pipes.
