Generally, the resistance heating wire is wound into a spiral shape by the backup coil, which is used for electric furnace or HAVC air conditioning equipment, and the temperature can reach to 1100 ℃. and thermostats are also was built in to help you to control the best temperature.
The heating element of open coil air heater is made of nickel chromium resistance wire, which has more efficient and faster heat transfer characteristics. The heater is annealed to obtain ductility that can be bent into any shape you need. We can also build in thermocouples and thermostats according to your requirements.
