How to install:

1. After waiting for the mold to cool, remove the hot mold half from the mold.

2. Remove the positioning ring (the other function of the positioning ring is to fix the thermal nozzle).

3. Use M3 screws to install on the lifting hole, remove the thermal nozzle, pay attention to the heating ring can not be squeezed.

4. Remove the snap ring and the heat shield of the heating ring.

5. Hold the head of the thermal nozzle, turn clockwise and turn and pull the heating ring to gradually separate from the thermal nozzle.

6. When installing the new wire, the heating coil should be as close as possible to the main body of the thermal nozzle, and the front end of the heating coil should reach the main body of the ring groove at the front end of the inner core of the thermal nozzle.

7. Rotate the heating ring clockwise to move it towards the head of the thermal nozzle to ensure that the heating wire reaches the front end of the thermal nozzle. Note that the distribution of the heating coil on the hot zone should be denser at both ends and sparse in the middle.

8. Install the heating ring heat shield, if the heat shield is tight, check whether the heating ring is in place.

9. Install the circlip and check the standard resistance value of the heating coil and calculate the power (the standard power is engraved on the heating coil ± 1%), and check the resistance value of the thermocouple (or smaller resistance).
