Product Details

This basic structure of the stainless steel electric heating pipe is a metal tube as the shell, and the electric heating alloy wire is distributed into the tube as the heating core of the pipe, such as nickel-chromium and iron-chromium alloy. The gap between the alloy wire and the tube is filled with insulated magnesia sand ctivity and heat conduction, and the two ends of the tube are sealed with silicone or porcelain material.This metal-clad electric heating element can heat air, metal molds and various liquids. According to the different status, safety and installation needs of the using environment, the electric heating pipe will also include other structures such as sealing structure, terminal part structure, flange, temperature control or fuse.
