Finned Tubular Heating Element
The finned tubular heating element consists of metal tubes (including stainless steel and red copper pipes) as a coat, and electric heating alloy wires (nickel chrome wires, iron chrome alloy) are evenly distributed along the middle axis of the pipe. The gap filling and compaction has good insulation and thermal conductivity. The two ends of the nozzle are sealed with silica gel. At the same time, a metal cooler (stainless steel sheet, iron sheet) is wrapped on the surface of the laminated tube heater. This structure combines the high surface load characteristics of the heating element, the high thermal conductivity of stainless steel enamels (refrigerants) and the good temperature resistance characteristics, so that the heating can deliver more concentrated energy in a shorter time.
Process: Finned tubular heating element is made of fins wound around the outer surface of the heating tube to dissipate heat.
Uses: Used for heating in ovens and drying tunnels. The general heating medium is air.
