Finned tubular heater is one of the commonly heating element used in oven heating, which is made by winding fins or putting on square fins on the basis of bare heater tube. These fins are used to increase the heat dissipation area and speed up the heat dissipation speed, so as to avoid burning the electric heating tube due to the high surface temperature of the element. The electric finned oven heating elements can be bent into various shapes according to the installation environment, with good flexibility. It is convenient and simple to install with fastener or flange.

Finned Heater application

Finned tubualr heaters are often used in oven, furnace, hot blast stove, tea sterilizer, air duct heater, black tea baking basket, drying oven, industrial high temperature electric furnace, load cabinet and other heating equipment.

The material selection of finned oven heating element is determined according to the ambient heating temperature. The commonly used material is stainless steel 304, and the fin fastener is stainless steel 201 or 304. This kind of material has a temperature resistance of about 300 degrees. There are also stainless steel 321 with temperature resistance of 500 ℃ and stainless steel 310S with temperature resistance of 700 ℃.
