The sheath materials for tubular heaters are copper, stainless steel, or incoloy, and there is a wide range of termination styles available. Magnesium insulation facilitates better heat transfer. For conductive heat transfer, straight tubular can be inserted into machined groves, and formed tubular provides consistent heat in any special application.
