The duct heater is heated by electric heater. It is a new type of heating equipment for liquid or gas heating system, which is composed of heater body, heating element and control system. The heating element is made of stainless steel heating tube, high temperature resistance alloy wire, crystal magnesium oxide powder, which is formed by compression process, so that the service life of electric heating element can be guaranteed. .The excitation coil is uniformly wound in the outer layer of the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is a steel tube, the outer part of which is wrapped with insulation material; A baffle plate can be set inside the steel pipe to strengthen the fluid disturbance and facilitate the heat exchange between the pipe and the fluid. In order to detect the flow and temperature of the fluid, a flowmeter can be installed outside the pipe and a temperature sensor can be installed inside the pipe. The temperature and flow of the fluid can be controlled by the microcontroller (single chip microcomputer), and the purpose of controlling and protecting the circuit can be achieved
