Tubular TF Heaters

Tubular TF heaters features a hollow cylindrical design that enables water to pass through its core. Heat is generated by a circuit printed and sintered with five insulating layers on the tube's exterior. Electrical connections are made via spot-welded wire leads to the outer silver conductor.

Ideal for compact installations, its slim form delivers high power density and quick heat-up/cool-down cycles due to minimal thermal mass-making it perfect for applications requiring near-instant boiling.

Common uses include point-of-use water heaters, dispensers, purifiers, instant beverage machines, faucets, and shower systems, as well as industrial flow-through heating.

The element can be integrated with automatic or one-time thermostats for overheat protection.
