Printed Circuit Film Heaters

A thick film heater is a type of electric heater that utilizes thick film technology to generate heat. Unlike traditional heaters, which often use wire-based heating elements, thick film heaters are made by depositing a thick layer of conductive and resistive ink on a substrate, typically ceramic or stainless steel. This ink contains finely powdered metals, ceramics, and glass, which are mixed with a binder material.
