Kapton Film Heaters
Kapton film heaters are made of polyimide film as the outer insulator. Metal foil and metal wire are used as the inner conductive heating element, which is formed by high temperature and high pressure heat bonding. This allows it to be widely used in the heating field and can obtain a fairly high temperature control accuracy.
